Denver, the Mile High City, bursts with vibrancy in Summer and Fall, but there's something undeniably special about a springtime wedding here. Imagine budding greenery, colorful spring blooms, a backdrop of snow-capped peaks shimmering in the distance, and a couple whose love story began – and culminated – in a place that embodies the city's spirit. The perfect location for this colorful wedding at Ironton Distillery.

This is the story of Sarah and Stuart, whose playful romance found its perfect culmination, a wedding that was both modern and vibrant. A reflection of their adventurous spirits and love for good company. May, with its explosion of spring flowers, was the ideal time to tie the knot at Ironton. The venue itself, nestled in the heart of Denver's River North Art District, is a hotspot for those seeking a unique and trendy atmosphere. For Sarah and Stuart, it held a deeper meaning – it was the very spot where their love story began, on a fateful first date.

A Wedding Venue in the Heart of the City, with the Perfect Blend of Nature.

The Distillery Gardens, Ironton's welcoming outdoor space, became a canvas for their wedding. Imagine a whimsical ceremony arch, adorned with a riot of wildflowers – a kaleidoscope of color mirroring the Colorado sprit. Our state flower is the columbine. Sunlight filtering through the clouds, at times, created a dappled, magical light. This is a dog friendly venue, because in Colorado, we love to take our dogs every where.

A Wedding Reception Fit for Fun Loving Couples

Following the ceremony, guests were ushered into a reception space that was anything but ordinary. Forget stuffy banquet halls – Ironton's Distillery Gardens transformed into a vibrant celebration zone. Long tables overflowing with wildflowers in mismatched vases created a relaxed, bohemian vibe. But the real stars of the show were the custom cocktails napkins with their dog, Copper's picture on it!

No celebration at Ironton would be complete without capturing the spirit of the place. Venturing out to explore the vibrant murals that paint the walls of the nearby RiNo Art District we were rewarded! Colorful murals provided the perfect backdrop for stunning photos, a unique twist on the traditional wedding portrait. Sarah and Stuart's personalities shone through as they playfully posed in front of the larger-than-life artwork, a testament to their love for Denver and it's artistic soul.

We found ourselves on a small side quest. As we were strolling through the alleyway, a neighbor's gleaming Lamborghini caught our eyes. We convinced the owner to let them capture a few photos with the luxurious car. The juxtaposition of the elegant bride and groom with the sleek sports car added a touch of whimsy to their couples photos.

Dancing During Blue Hour

As the sunset gave way to the magical blue hour, the band had everyone celebrating on the dance floor. The only breaks were for indulging in the decadent custom cupcakes, a sweet ending to a truly unforgettable evening. This Colorful wedding at Ironton Distillery wasn't just a celebration of their love; it was a testament to their playful outlook on life.
