Sarah and Joe got married on a magical rainy day in April at The Pines at Genesee and it was wonderful! Oh rainy day!  Sometimes you are most welcome and wonderful, but you think of these days as being at home in your comfortable PJs curled up with your favorite book or snuggled up on the couch watching your favorite movie.  You don’t normally welcome rain on your wedding day, but Sarah and Joe just went with it and they let me play in the rain with them!  Because of this I have discovered that I love shooting in the rain at night!  I would also like to thank my hubby for standing in the rain (under an umbrella mind you) holding a flash attached to a metal pole.  Thankfully no lightning!  Congratulations to an amazing couple and we wish you the best in your married life together!

P.S. Any couple that plays Drake’s Started from the Bottom at their reception has a special place in my heart!
